Lamai Beach is the island’s second largest, located in the southeast corner of the island. It’s much quieter option plus it’s less expensive than Chaweng beach.
Chaweng Cove is nearly a 20 minute drive from Koh Samui’s Airport or about a 15 minute walk from the center of Chaweng. If you like your privacy, Chaweng Cove is an ideal beach to swim and relax alone. Just no birthday suits, they’re frowned upon in Thailand.
