Thai Chicken Green Curry
Named after its’ color, this lovely dish has a combination of aromatic, spicy, sweet and savory at the same time.
The paste itself can also be made from scratch or buy the ready made paste from supermarkets and most importantly, it is really easy to make. Within 20 minutes you’ll be tasting this flavorful thai dish made right in your kitchen.
300 g of chicken meat (slice in to small pieces)
150 g Green curry paste
250 g Coconut cream
250 g Coconut milk
1-2 tbs Fish sauce
1-2 tbs Palm sugar
5 Thai eggplant (cut in 4 parts)
¼ cup of Pea eggplant
2-3 Red chili (cut lengthwise)
5 Kaffir Lime Leaves
1 pinch of Basil Leaves
