Underwater Wedding Festival in Trang, Thailand

Recognized by the Guinness Book of World Records as the largest such event in the world, couples gather from all around the world to express their love for each other beneath the waves near the tropical paradise of Koh Kradan, just off the coast of Trang. Now in its 20th year, the festival will be held from the 12th to 14th of February, with the actual ceremonies taking place on Valentines Day itself.

Dok Siew Blooming Festival in Chiang Rai

February is traditionally a time when the mountains of Northern Thailand spring to life in a blaze of vibrant colours thanks to the Chongko or Dok Siew flowers that bloom at this time of year. This natural spectacle is made all the more impressive by seasonal fog, which blankets the landscape, resulting in some truly breathtaking views. To celebrate this natural wonder, the Dok Siew Blooming Festival is held each year, and this year will take place from February 13th to 15th in Phu Chi Fah, Terng district Chiang Rai Province Northern Thailand.The event also includes a wide range of spectacular art and cultural performances from northern tribe people as well as thrilling sport competitions.

Burapha Bike Week in Pattaya

This weekend Pattaya will play host to Thailand’s largest motorbike festival; Burapha Bike Week. The event brings together up to 50,000 biking enthusiasts from all over Thailand and around the world, giving you the chance to see a huge variety of different bikes up-close and personal. There are also stunt-riding demonstrations, a huge number of stalls, live bands and other activities to keep you revved up for the whole weekend. The two day event will take place at the National Indoor Sports Arena in East Pattaya from 13th -14th February.
