Signature Dishes at Yukinoya Japanese Restaurant

The restaurant has three signature dishes which highlight the skills of their Thai chefs in preparing and cooking Japanese dishes.

Yukinoya Poke is a dish that showcases both Japanese ingredients and preparation methods, while adding a bit of Thai flavors and spice in a delightful meeting of two cuisine styles. The dish consists of Ahi tuna, Jalapeno, avocado, chili, coriander, shallot, Ponzu dressing and smoked salmon caviar. It’s a colorful, flavorful and spicy way to start the evening.
